American Jackson pickups vs japanese Jackson pickups

I have a question about Jackson pickups. Is there any differences between american made Jackson pickups (J50, J80, J90, etc...) and japanese made Jackson pickups (J50, J80, J90, etc...). Do japanese made pickups sounds worse then american?

If your talking those series of pickups they were the same pickups made in house at jackson there was no difference between the import and USA made ones

I don't know what I'm talking about :D
I heard, that on american made jackson pickups was written "Made In USA" or something like this... While japanese made pickups has no these inscription.

Now what series are you talking about the older J50, J80's were all made in the same spot. There were times later though when they got model numbers like JA214 those pickups were different and are imports. During that time is when though the USA jacksons stopped using the in house made pickups and came with for a short time Bill Lawerence then a bit later Duncans

I can't answer your question, I had a J90C once, never had "Made in USA" or anything on it, and I've never heard of any having that either. It sounded okay.

From what guitar was your J90C? Had it any inscriptions/stickers?

It was from an old MIJ Stealth. IIRC it had a J90C sticker, which was how I knew what it was.
