American mahogany strat?

What do you guys think about these axes that were made for GC?

Tried a used one and I have to say I was quite impressed
warm rich tone
basically if i am correct they are American deluxe qualty correct?

Yeah, I've played one of those. I was really into it. I like the finish too.

They are on par with the American Deluxe series in quality and features. It's got the roller nut, locking tuners, sculpted heel...that's a winner in my book.

It looks like they came down in price too. I remember being more like $1,600.00.

Cool axes. All it needs is a HH pickguard and a pair of nickle covered PG's.

Thats pretty sweet, looks alot like the same color of my Gibson SG Bass.

I would slap a white pearloid pickguard on it put a zebra humbucker and one white rails or black for the neck pickup
no middle pickup

and maybe have one volume in white or chrome
maybe one tone pot as well

would look killer
