Hey I am playing through my mesa and when I was playing for a while today...must have been off and on for a good 6 hours...when I had it on the dirty channel everything just cut off and just a loud hum sounded. I switched to clean and it was fine, just the red channel hummed. Bad tubes? Any suggestions?

Probably a preamp tube. You could probably get some diagnostic help by calling the Mesa company (number's on their website). They will call you back, and they should be able to help you.
Mesa Tech Support first, then a tech--if necessary.

My bet is definitely that a tube, or less likely a soket, got screwed up/fried. Easy fix really. Replace the tube, and if that doesn't work then bring it to a tech. No reason spending money on something that might be as easy as changing a light bulb though.
