Ampeg amps.

I was looking the other day at the Ampeg SJ-12T. I personally thought it was a fantastic amp, played with my Les Paul. The only thing is, only one channel. Now given this is probably my personal favorite clean, I was deliberating on wheather to get one or not. The question is how good it sounds with a pedal through it? I have a Fuzz Face and a Tube Screamer 808 reissue.

Bring a pedal and try it with one, only good way to do it. That is a great amp, I tried one with a P90 guitar and it was awesome. If its in a shop just ask to try out their overdrive and distortion pedals and run them through it till you get a good tone, then buy the setup.
