Elmwood Stinger 30 head with cherry stained wood head cab and rack-mount chassis. These are quite rare, and considering that I purchased it new just recently, an extremely good deal. Now you can only get the rackmount chassis or 1x12 combo. I hate to sell it but have thousands in debt that I have to pay. The price is tremendous so don't miss out. $1699

Bogner Goldfinger 90, practically new condition with manual, cables, foot switch & unregistered warranty. It pains me to have to sell this one, especially so cheap. My pain is your gain at only $1799.

Ibanez TS808HW. This is a limited edition, hand-wired Ibanez TS808. It's a truly great sounding tube screamer with functional and tonal improvements over the stock model. These are expensive but you can buy this one practically brand new for only $199

It's comforting to know that a guy who never made good on a deal, and lied about a stupid, little promise is going to be influencing people with their PhD credentials.

It's comforting to know that a guy who never made good on a deal, and lied about a stupid, little promise is going to be influencing people with their PhD credentials.

You want to talk about comfort then let's talk about Jolly_Rancher, the guy who blatantly ripped me off.
FACTS:

1. I sold Jolly_Rancher a set of 3 American Strat single coil pickups.
2. Upon receiving them, he sent me a message back saying that he ran tests on them and that he was satisfied with them.
3. Suddenly just a couple of days later, I get an Email from Paypal saying that a dispute had been filed and the money was suddenly deducted from my bank account.
4. I contacted Jolly_Rancher to find out why he suddenly made a false claim.
5. He said that a tiny little wire in the bridge pickup broke.
6. Since I was sure that I packed it well, and took pictures of the entire packing process, I was sure that it was him who caused the damage.
7. Nevertheless, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked for pictures of the pickups and packaging.
8. He claimed that he threw away the packaging and he never once supplied pictures of the pickups or packaging to me or Paypal.
9. He started slinging accusations around this forum before I even had a chance to respond.
10. I responded by posting copies of his emails on the forum so everyone could plainly see that he is a liar.
11. He kept on and on and on, making it an ugly ordeal.
12. Paypal gave him several days to return the pickups for a full refund but he did not send them back.
13. He kept ALL of the pickups and I gave him the partial refund of $28 that he requested (The entire set was only $80).
14. Even after that, he continued with his stupidity so I told him that I thought he was pathetic and that I would send him a single coil for free (I have a ton and they're worthless to me), but he said that he didn't care if he got it or not, so I didn't bother because he never sent back the (allegedly) broken pickup that I refunded him for anyway.

SO, I FIND IT QUITE FUNNY THAT YOU GOT WHAT YOU WANTED AND THEN SOME BECAUSE I GRANTED YOU THE PARTIAL REFUND THAT YOU REQUESTED, YET YOU NEVER SENT ME BACK THE BROKEN PICKUP THAT I REFUNDED YOU FOR! JOLLY_RANCHER IS A GUY WHO IS SO PATHETIC THAT HE ACTUALLY EXPECTED TO KEEP THE REFUND MONEY, KEEP THE (ALLEGEDLY) BROKEN PICKUP, AND STILL EXPECTED ME TO SEND HIM ANOTHER ONE FOR FREE.

THESE ARE THE FACTS OF THE DISPUTE WHICH I POSTED PREVIOUSLY - AND STILL HAVE AVAILABLE TO POST AGAIN.

JOLLY_RANCHER, YOU ARE PETTY FOR TRYING SUCH A THING IN MY TRADE THREAD. I DON'T HAVE ANY WORRIES ABOUT YOU OR WHAT YOU TRY TO DO BECAUSE I HAVE TRUTH AND EVIDENCE ON MY SIDE. I DOCUMENTED EVERYTHING WITH PHOTO EVIDENCE, EMAIL AND PRIVATE MESSAGES. YOU FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY KIND OF PROOF WHATSOEVER TO ME, THE FORUM, OR TO SUPPORT YOUR FRIVOLOUS PAYPAL DISPUTE.

EVEN THOUGH I JUST EXPOSED YOU FOR THE PETTY CRIMINAL YOU ARE, I CAN'T SAY THAT I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU. IN FACT, YOU'RE A NOXIOUS PERSON THAT CANNOT BE TRUSTED. YOU IGNORED YOUR OWN GLARING LIES AND FAULTS, YET YOU FOOLISHLY TRY TO LAY CLAIMS AGAINST ME. NICE TRY BUT YOU JUST MADE A TOTAL ASS OF YOUR SELF.

As documented in the 512-page bad trader alert section and covered by every major news network in the western hemisphere.

Re: Amps (Bogner, Elmwood) Pedals (Maxon, Ibanez) Pickups (Fender, G&L, Dimarzio)

The guy is a straight up liar - avoid at all costs no matter what you may think of me

Pickups can read a DC resistance with a cracked wire at the solder joint, on old-style single coils, but still not pass signal when installed. He shipped them NOT carefully (which probably caused the damage), gave me a boat load of nonsense ^ just like above, and never payed a partial refund because I threw out the pickup and packaging (which was required by paypal to complete the partial refund that was issued in my favor). I also bought a new SSL-3 to resolve the issue myself, so there was no need. I only filed because of UMD's snotty attitude. He took it even further by lying on the forum.

BEWARE

Re: Amps (Bogner, Elmwood) Pedals (Maxon, Ibanez) Pickups (Fender, G&L, Dimarzio)

Just give it up already man. You're just showing everyone what a loser you are. I haven't heard from you for months and all of the sudden you show up to badmouth me on my trade thread. Where was your concern months ago? You certainly didn't contact me for any follow up. All you did was continue your stupid scam because you wanted to create a spectacle because you seem to love attention. If you ever wanted to work something out, you would have tried doing so before making false Paypal claims and posting stupid stuff on the forum. A semi-intelligent and sane person would have shut up after I posted the facts, but you are too thick headed to get it. Here are some facts that SHOULD shut you up, but I have a feeling that you will be too pathetic to get it still.

* You didn't send the (allegedly) defective pickup back for replacement. Why didn't you send it back? It's funny how you expect me to send you a new pickup yet think that you're entitled to keep the one you claim was defective.

* You examined and tested the pickups before responding with a written statement of your satisfaction. It wasn't until after that fact that you decided to capriciously, and without notice, make a frivolous Paypal claim.

* You installed the pickups. That simple fact puts it all on you. If there was a broken wire, as you later claimed, then you should have noticed that when you initially inspected them. You even went through the trouble of testing the resistance with a multimeter, so don't act like you innocently didn't know anything. YOU were the one who broke the wire when you installed them and that's why you went back and changed your whole story.

* You didn't provide ANY evidence. You could have snapped some initial photos or saved the packaging. You claim that you threw the packaging away, which is stupid to begin with, so how can anyone know for sure that the box wasn't damaged. I suppose you expect everyone to go on your word which apparently isn't worth a pile of dung. You didn't even provide any evidence to Paypal. You didn't even follow through with Paypal's instructions to ship the (allegedly) defective pickup back.

* I have a ton of valuable guitar pickups, and I practically throw away the stock strat pickups all the time because they're useless to me. Everyone knows that I always have prime gear. I have ZERO motivation to rip anyone off over a stupid stock strat bridge pickup - especially since I have a dozen of them in my tech drawer. I'm not poor or anything, and I have money and a professional career, so it's like like a guy like me has to go around scamming people occasionally for petty little pickups. Your entire claim goes completely against my reputation.

* If you really wanted a replacement pickup, you would have contacted me and acted reasonably to begin with. You can SAY whatever you like, but everything you DO proves otherwise.

No one cares what your opinion is of me. I have earned a 100% positive seller reputation on hundreds of high-dollar transactions, from Ebay and several forums including this one. Your whole scam was obvious from the beginning and you damaged your reputation with all of your shenanigans, but you seem to think that somehow making a spectacle of yourself in my trade thread will do something to help the reputation that YOU destroyed all on your own.

Dude, you need to learn when to give up the act. You failed at every turn and made a huge ass of yourself. Perhaps you get some kind of sick satisfaction from pulling scams like this, but you can't bring down and honest man. That's one thing about me you see. Even if people hate my opinions, NO ONE can say that I've ever been dishonest... When it comes to business, no one can rightfully fault me. That's where you made your mistake because you can't scam a good businessman. Take your petty and pathetic little scam elsewhere because no likes your crap. You have carried on these shenanigans long enough boy.

LOL you put way too much effort into that blob of rhetorical diarrhea... I'm not even reading it.
