Another ? about my OD pedal order?

My Timmy should be arriving in a few days...and i'm about to get everything set on my board together for the first time!

My main concern is my OD order...in the past i've mixed it up a bit...but usually went from low to high gain in groups. However, i've talked to you guys before about that and found out that most of you went from High to Low!?

My current OD pedals are...

Carl Martin AC-"Special", it's an AC-Tone with one side the regular AC-Tone and one side more in the Plexi-Tone vein and pretty high gain on that side and it also has a clean boost.

Next is an even more unique pedal...it used to be an old Carl Martin Purple drive but it's been transformed into a very dark, smooth voiced pedal that i never put into more than a light to medium gain setting...i call it the Revelation Drive.

Then and OCDv4

Then the Timmy

I also have a Korg Pitchblack, CM Classic Flange, BBE Soul Vibe, CM Classic Chorus, and CM Red Repeat.

The thing is...i've never played the Timmy before...so i don't know how it will interact with the others...i'm kind of thinking it should be last since it has a good eq section...but then again the AC- Special has a clean boost?! I also usually use one sound at a time except that i like the sound of the OCD into the Revelation Drive?

I think i'm going to try this...

Pitchblack - Classic Flange - Soul Vibe -(AC Special-OCD-Revelation Drive-Timmy) - Classic Chorus - Red Repeat

anybody have any better suggestions?

Re: Another ? about my OD pedal order?

up until recently i always thought that pitch shifting/modulation stuff sounded better before OD/drive stuff, but i like them after. my order goes:
tuner > drive pedals > wah > phaser > chorus > EQ > delay.

works real well, and all the pedals interact the way they should.

Re: Another ? about my OD pedal order?

As far as the OD order goes I only suggest that if there's one you're likely to leave on all the time it should be last.

Re: Another ? about my OD pedal order?

i'm "assuming" that the Timmy will be left on all the time...so i should be good then with leaving it last in the chain.
