Another Liberator question (or two)

I can't seem to find the answer when I used the Search feature, very interested on buying one but my question is this: If it's a single volume pot, and both pickups are installed on it, would this mean the 2nd volume knob won't be usable? Was deciding on getting one for my J5 Tele, which has two volume knobs only.

And if there is a chance that there's gonna be a concentric pot version of this as well.

You can use it as a tone control too.

You can use it as you please. Just watch the wiring scheme included with every Liberator.
