Antiquity Dog ear into 2010 Gibson Junior?

Does anyone know please if this would require surgery with regard to mounting screws etc?
While being keen on the pickup, not so keen on messing with the original cavity.

If it already has a dogear in it, it should drop right in.

The cover/baseplate fastening screws at either end should line up. (Re-use the Gibson screws.) The polepiece screws should not foul on anything within the cavity. The one possible issue would be the fit of the SD pickup baseplate screw lugs under the Gibson plastic cover.
