Any experience with Musikraft/Warmoth compared to Fender USA Strat Neck?

So I am working on two projects and am curious about guitar necks. I love the feel of the Fender Strat USA neck--one of my favorite necks. I have a Mahogany and Rosewood Warmoth Standard Thin Neck that I really like. I am needing a Maple and Rosewood neck--if Warmoth's Maple and Rosewood is like their Mahogany and Rosewood neck then I would be very happy.

I've read great reviews on the Musikraft but have never played one. I feel like the prices are pretty comparable depending on how plain/fancy I wanna go and the reviews I've read make me want to consider them. I'm leaning towards Warmoth from my past experience but am not 100% sold...

Any thoughts on the two?

First, you need to specify WHICH Fender USA Stratocaster neck. The profiles of, say, the American Standard, Deluxe American, AVRI '62 and '54 are all very different.

I have no experience of Musikraft but Warmoth has a bunch of catalogue pages dedicated to illustrating neck profiles and fingerboard radius possibilities.

Narrow things down, bro.

Its a Fender American Standard that is my favorite--thin but not as thin as the Ibanez necks. I bought the Warmoth Standard Thin--I like that thickness.

If it is simply profile you are most concerned about, then go with a neck you already know the profile of and like (ie warmoth). The different wood type won't make it more or less playable, especially as both fretboards are r/w and will be unfinished.

I have had many necks that are supposed to be fender c-shaped, and without fail every one has been quite different. This is especially true in the case of 3 MIJ 62RI necks I bought. 2 of them I have sold on as they were too thin, one is what I would describe as a true medium 'C' and has stayed. 2 of these were made in the same year. So if you consider the Musikraft then be aware it could come with a neck profile that you might not consider to be what you expect - even if it is described as such.

Thanks for the advice! Looks like Warmoth now offers roasted maple which is what I really liked from Musikraft--but the roasted is much cheaper on the Warmoth.

That is good advice--looks like I'll stick with the Warmoth.

I like Warmoth's Vintage Modern necks better than their Pro necks. The Pro models are too heavy with too much metal in them in my opinion.

I like pure vintage best - the only version that gives you 7.25" radius. But certainly its been mentioned by a few here that the truss rods in the pro model do interesting things tonally.

My Warmoth neck is a Vintage Modern and I've been very pleased with it. I got the 12" Flat Radius which is nice but the next one I'm getting it going to be 9.5" Straight.

I love Warmoth necks. I love musikraft necks. I love Musikraft's toasted ash bodies. Musikraft matches their bodies and necks to an amazing degree. So... To me it's musikraft if I'm going with toasted woods. otherwise, warmoth.
