Any help with some "weird" single coils pinout?

Hi

I wanted to replace the bridge PU to a SD Hotrails, but I could found the scheme of my guitar on the net. It has a tapped switch and a phase switch witch I also want to remove. I can't figure out the pup's pintout to re-wire .
Can anybodu help with this?

Here's a scheme of the original wiring.
It's a '81 ibanez blazer BL500 ( SSS, 1 tone, 1 vol, 5 way selector, 2 mini switchs)

If you want to leave out the mini switches, this one should work. It shows a full size humbucker, but the wiring is the same for the HotRails.

Those are good options in case I don't find any aditional info on this single coils or the tapped switch.
I really want to remove then, and because I want to provide a good shielding for hum elimination, having the 2 mini switchs off should improve alot
