I stumpled upon this at my guitar center. They said it was an 80s esp series 400. Telecaster shape. I can it was modded up. Humbucker in bridge which i assume isnt stock. Its cool and sounds pretty good but i think they are charging too high for the dents and beat ups in the body and most of the hardware is rusted.

MIJ, "Vintage" spec, looks like they had at least three T models,a 52, a 65, and a Custom (early double bound body, not the version with a neck humbucker).

Well it MiJ 80's stuff, and those things have risen in price...some to an obscene level as well....
Don't see any rusty stuff, but those tuners looks nice and vintagey now ;) It is 30 years + old so dings and such is not an issue...if so buy a brand new instead.
These 400's are very nice guitars, had a few Navigators and 400's through the years, loved them.
Anyways the original knobs and bridge is gone, not that the Gotoh one for the humbucker is bad in any way, but it should take the price down abit!

Yeah i like all the marks. It adds a lot of character to me especially on a telecaster body.

Before tax 600. I dont know if thats average too high or a good deal honestly haha

headstock says ESP, that don't come cheap these days

That said, 400 series is supposedly their lowest end stuff in that time period...and that humbucker is sitting kinda crooked, check that the bridge is straight (although i guess you could compensate that with saddle adjustment if it's a bit)
