Jerry is on a few forums and is always helpful. His shop is located in NY. He specializes in Peavey mods, but seems to be doing decent mods to many amps. I have actually been thinking about shipping my AOR to him for some mods.
He is also the best guy for EUA's question in another post.

Trace from www.voodooamps.com is well repected for his mods. If you know your way around a Marshall, You pretty much know your way around a Laney.
