Anybody know about Invader speakers?

I have a laney combo with 2x12 invader speakers. Im in the middle of trying to solve a tone issue (too ear piercing at high volumes), and i'm wondering if these are characteristicly high or if i am dealing with hurtin speakers. I can't find any info on the net about them so if anybody has any wisdom at all about these type of speakers I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Thats what those speakers are like, unfortunatly. Find a pair of vintage 30s to put in. the invader speaker is made by HH, but they dont seem to exist so i think theyre just a brand made for laney by another company.
