Anybody use a Hybrid in the bridge on a semi hollow?

I have a Black Hybrid on hand and thinking on dropping it in the AE 185. Love the Hybrid in my DC 400 with the Carvin active module there. However knowing that pickup pretty well and how it really picks up the character of the guitar it's in I wonder how it's going to react to that Spruce top and acoustic style bridge in the AE 185? Anybody used one in something like say a 335 or the like that can give me some insight here?
Here are the current tones in the AE through the old Carvin head. Want more clarity snap and articulation than these M22 are giving me. Have a Hybrid on hand and a Sentient so--.

Well, the hybrid is one of those God's-gift-to-mankind pickups designed by one of our own. It has everything...good highs, lows, mids, great clarity, complexity, splits extremely well, goes good with many different magnets, is extremely versatile in what types of music it can be used for, and works well in just about any guitar you put it into.

So, how does it sound in a 335?

Like heaven. And that's the kind of music you are playing, so ...it's a no-brainer.

Don't have to sell me on the Hybrid man have had a few in guitars love them. The wild card here was if it would be to briight with this one and that semi hollow and spruce top. Hard to tell as the one in my DC 400 with the Mahogany body and quilt top ifs pretty fat. However the one in the bridge on my Pine Body Modern Player Tele was pretty sizzling in te top end so---.
Here is the DC 400 with the Carvin active module and the Hybrid/Sentient through my old X50B Hot Rod Mod Carvin head no effects.

FWIW, I have the Carvin Holdsworth H2 pickups in my AE185. That is a quite a pairing... great tones, very smooth. But, my AE185 has a flamed Koa top and not spruce like yours. I'd play it a whole lot more but it is in bad need of a refret so it sits for now.
