Anybody using a Dimarzio AT-1??

The carvin I just got has a set of Dimarzio's in it now but the Crunch Lab in the bridge for me is just not cutting it it's way to bright and harsh. Guitar has a Liquifier in the neck which looks like is going to work out but needs a bigger rounder sweeter bridge pickup badly. Hit Dimarzio on a pickup suggestion and the AT-1 came up a couple times with the Liquifier recommended in the neck on the same settings. Looks like an interesting med output pickup and a good output match for the Liqufier. Want to do something a little different with this guitar and keep it Dimarzio so looking hard at this combo.
Looking for versatility and a warm open tone that has good clarity and definition at high gain. Will likely share the stage with my other 2 Carvin/Kiesels in the 17 Kiesel DC135 with the Perpetual Burn in the bridge and AP11 Carvins neck and middle and the 93 KOA 127 with the Sentient/ Alt 8 set.

It’s the old standard but I love my Super Distortion/Bluesbucker combo in my LP.
The Bluesbucker is so round and well, bluesy sounding. It’s fantastic.
I had originally had the 36th Anny neck in there but it was really bassy and just not clear enough in the lower register. It sounded great (think John Sykes Whitesnake) but like I said, just not clear enough , but man can it sing.
I’m very happy with the Bluesbucker. It’s everything I wanted In a neck pickup.
