Anyone ever took the magnet out of a LIL sized HB?

I have a hotrails and was wondering if anyone has ever attempted to change the magnet on their own in any of the LIL HB's for strat? Is it a bad idea?:eek13:

Can't be done. You'll destroy the pickup first.

I think it's a ceramic crazy glued to the bottom, isn't it?
