Anyone get the Classic Stack Plus yet?

Although I have a set of Bill Lawrence pickups on order I am Interested in the new SD Classic Stack Plus pups, If you got them do you think they would work well for Classic Rock into Late 70s early 80's hard Rock!

I'm waiting on a pair of L280S for the neck and middle and a L298SL for the Bridge I would also be curious as to how the BL pups compare to the Classic Stack Plus.

I'm curious as well. Haven't heard a peep since they've been out, even though it's been a short time. Figured someone would have them by now.

I have some in stock in black but am waiting for the white covered ones to come in.

One board member has a middle unit on order from me so when he gets it maybe he will review here for us.

I have been tempted to throw a set in a Strat myself but don't have a decent one here right now and to be honest I'm not sure I have enough Strat expertise to give tham a fair rating.

Based on Lew's tests of the proto's it seems like they have to be as good or better than anything out there right now as far as noiseless goes ...

Thanks, hope to hear some feed back soon! But in the mean time I wish my Lawrence pups would come in its already been 4 weeks.

Wymore guitars do you know when the white covered ones will be in and are they spoken for already!

I have three sets coming in and so far only the one middle pickup is spoken for. I was hoping they were in todays shipment but nothing yet. Soon I hope!!

Yes, the covers are permanently attached. I posted some pictures in another thread.

I'm pretty stoked about these. The only guitar sound I'm really missing is a good strat sound and I held off because I never knew what to get as far as pickups go......I think these will be perfect from what I'm hearing about them.
