Anyone good with wiring mods and drawing out diagrams?

So I have an Esquire/telecaster and at the moment it's just the bridge pickup with the Eldred mod, so as i'm sure you will all know it's this...

Position 1. Bridge pickup no tone in circuit
Position 2. Bridge pickup with tone in circuit
Position 3. Bridge pickup with cap, cocked wah

So I have been thinking about putting the neck back in again so it's back as a Tele but I would like to have it so I can get this combination out of the 3 way switch

Position 1. Bridge pickup no tone in circuit
Position 2. Bridge pickup with tone in circuit
Position 3. Neck pickup with tone in circuit

Is that easy to do?

I have just thought I should be able to get the the tones I want with normal 3 way wiring but using a no load tone pot so I can get that wide open bridge tone.

You could do either easily just depends on whether or not you want the versatility of having the option to have a bridge tone pot. The plus side of your original idea is that you can do it with out having to buy anything extra.

Yes. Treat each side of the switch separately. One side controls which pickup the other side controls when the tone is in circuit.

On the pickup selector side you have

1 - bridge
2 - bridge (jumpered from lug 1)
3 - neck
Common - volume control

On the tone selection side you have

1 - [not connected]
2 - tone control (jumpered from lug 3)
3 - tone control
Common - jumper to pickup side common lug

Someone can check me but I believe that would work.
