Anyone have a Fender Acoustic?

Does anyone else have a Fender acoustic? What are your impressions?
I ordered a Fender DG14S acoustic based on trying a couple of them out as well as playing various other brands of varing prices. I was looking for an inexpensive acoustic and this had more to offer than most as far as fit, finish, feel and sound quality. What cinched the order was the excellent review the guitar got in Acoustic Guitar Magazine in the the article Best acoustic under $500. It should be in tomorrow and I can't wait!

Got the guitar in this afternoon and the first impressions are good. Fit seems to be good. Finish(very light satin over solid spruce top) is near perfect, but has a few dust specks under the finish. They are very hard to see or feel and I am being picky. Intonation is spot on after settling to the new temp and humidity for a few hours, but I'm sure that it will really take a couple of days. Same could be said for keeping it in tune, but it's doing a fine job so far even with the Fender strings. I did get a set of Elixir Poly Custom Lights that I will probably put on tonight. But even the Fender set(.012 to .052) sounds very rich with open chords, lacks a little in the low end, but mids and high are VERY nice. The neck is a comfortable soft c, very Taylor like with a narrow heel. Action is a little on the high side, but not overly high. No buzzing whatsoever even with hard strumming. There was even a spare saddle, saddle shim and bridge pin. And at $250, I'm not worried about taking this camping. So far so good.

Had to do a very slight truss rod adjustment to take out a slight bow, but still no buzzing. I may still sand down the saddle a bit high past 12th fret. Put on the Elixir's, they are ok, definately not as bright as the Fender 12's but time will tell if I will ever get another set. I've always used Martin's in the past for acoustic, but they always had so much finger squeal it got annoying.
