anyone have a nice gate fs?

looking for a decent gate (TC electronics, boss, decimator, etc.) not a knockoff company for this one

I have a BOSS NS-2 I could probably part with. Has the box and papers. Has two strips of velcro on the bottom but not on the silver label.

Thank you. I might delete this thread as I’m narrowing down to just a NS-1X or a tc electronics sentry (maybe a decimator g string) and don’t want to shoot down everyone’s suggestions outside of those

Alright, good luck with the search. The NS-1X looks like a great unit. TBH the NS-2 works well enough as an automatic volume-turn-down when not playing, but I wish it had more control over the envelope of the gate so it was a little bit smarter and natural sounding.

yes, I appreciate the offer but it appears noise gates have come a long way since that and one I used to use (a rocktron hush, which I kinda hated)
