MusicToyz is pretty good, but if your in a hurry for the pedal, call them first to see if its really in stock. Sometimes the website isn't up to date and products are backordered when they show in stock. Other than that, I've had good experiences with them.

I've heard enough horror stories from people that I refuse to shop there. For every few people that seem to have no issues, there are a dozen that have been stuck dealing with piss poor customer service.

Dude, did you seriously not find Voodoo Lab listed at Musicians Friend, Music123, ZZounds, Sweetwater Sound, Guitar Center and basically everyone else under the sun ?
They are as common as Boss, EHX etc
MusicToyz does have a huge selection and I've always gotten great service but I only use them for the "booteek" stuff
If your just buying Voodoo Lab why not buy it from one of the big internet chains where you get free shipping, 45 day return policy and all that other good stuff ?
You can save $15 off a purchase of $100 or more at Music123 right now as well I belive.

Musictoyz is fine overall, if they have to wait on the pedal it could be a while but thats mostly due to the company making the pedal not the company selling the pedal...
That said you might have gotten a slightly better deal at a more mainstream place...

No doubt depends on what the item is, some of the "booteek" stuff they sell does take months and months to come into stock.
I don't think they should charge you in that case, but you can't really blame them for not being able to get something in if no one else can get it either.

Not a huge deal, just would of been about $20 cheaper elsewhere and you'd of gotten a 45 day return period instead of 5 days.
Did you at least use the Musictoyz 5% discount offer they had this month ?

I do know that they only lasted a few days as dealers of one very 'hot right now' boutique amp brand. Something to do with agreeing not to discount with the manufacturer and then immediately advertising a discounted price...
