Anyone have/had a gold anodized pickguard?

I've got a sunburst Jazzmaster and I'd love to put a gold anodized pickguard on it but there's a problem.... I'M A LEFTY!!! I can't find one!

So I was wondering if I got a right-handed one if I could use the backside of it. I just want to make sure the backside is finished/polished like the frontside. Can any of you guys check your pickguards? Or better yet.... know where I can get a left-handed one?

I remember seeing an Ebay store, Sharp Concepts, who will do any kind of pickguard out of aluminum. The Fender CS probably offers them, but they're custom order and $50 plus tax, no discount.

I'm not sure if you can flip them over, because the back is just a working surface, while the top is finished nicely.
