Anyone have problems with Customer Service of The Tube Store?

I got a set of TAD EL84's from TS this week and one of the tubes had a broken piece inside of the tube. I've emailed them twice now and haven't gotten any reply. There is supposed to be a 90 day return policy but I can't get anywhere if they don't reply to emails. Anyone else have a problem with them?

I think they are just busy as hell. Give them a chance. I took me a long time to receive my first and probably last order from them.

I'm on my third order from them and I've never had any problems before. Shipping has always been fast. I'll give them chance, what choice do I have.
