Anyone know where this Tele came from? (Duncan content)

It’s listed on the Duncan blog for the Lil 59 and for Tele Neck pickup options. Does anyone in the Duncan circle know anything about the guitar? How about any info on the pickguard. It’s over the top but I like it! A cool retro vibe. Orange sparkle pickguard? Is it Richard Irons’ guitar?

Generally, with the blogs, we had access to the image archive, which had tons of pics like this. We were free to use our own pics, too, so I am not quite sure where this one came from. I haven't talked to Richard in several years.
