Not if you want a good deal!
The stores in that area trade on their 1960s blues boom reputation and tend to be way overpriced. I've been absolutely astounded in recent years by some of the prices I've seen there! You can haggle (Andy's Guitar Workshop miraculously HALVED the asking price on a shabby used 61 RI SG when they realised I knew what I was talking about), but if they can rip you off they will!

do you think that it is still feasible to get lets say a 50watt super lead at a great price over there?
what do you think the best plan would be for me? i have friends in London who can try and find one and when i come over i can go pick it up.
or do you think i would have enough time coming over on a 3 day weekend to look around and shop for one?

Two stores that stock Marshall and have a very good reputation on price and service are:
Coda Music - they have branches in Luton and Stevenage (both near London)
GAK - in Brighton (south coast)
Another store that has an excellent reputation for service is Chandler Guitars in Kew (West London). Not sure how competitive their pricing is.
You could pick up a copy of Guitarist magazine (loads of ads!) and call a few. They'll probably ship to Greece, won't they?

Sorry, I hadn't realised you were looking for used or vintage. That's a bit more tricky as you can't predict what anyone will have in stock. You need to be prepared to visit a lot of shops! If I was looking for an older Marshall I would probably look in the Guitarist classifieds and on Ebay.co.uk first. There are plenty of guitar shops around London and the London area, so if you could get a list of them (again perhaps from Guitarist magazine) you could visit plenty in a three-day trip. It's worth looking around Denmark Street, but have some idea of UK prices beforehand, so that you can haggle if necessary.

Yeah. i'd just echo everything Simon has said. Be well prepared to argue on Denmark Street.The unpredictability of the vintage market works against you a bit if you are looking for something on a short trip, but london is always a good bet.
I don't know what the mains voltage is in Greece wither, you might want to make sure that is around 240v, or you could have problems running the marshall without some small mods.
