I really have no idea who made this guitar....

its a LP custom copy...
it has a zero fret...
it's made of plywood...
the headstock was originally BLANK (i put on some homemade stickers),
it has a bolt on neck...
the back of the neck plate used to have a sticker on it which had a serial number and a picture of something (a bunny maybe, but im probably imagining that)... i scratched it off when i was younger...
i got it from McCabes Music in Ventura, Ca, when i was in high school and i paid $130

thats all i know about it...does anyone know anything about it?

Re: Anyone Know Who Made This Lp Copy?

Looks like the old Memphis Les Paul I had. Back in junior high, around 1985 I paid $120 for it, used.

I saved up all my money just to have a guitar that looked like Slash's and Jimmy Page's. Literally shoveled snow to get it. Can't really tell you how it sounded since I bought a cheap $20 battery powered practice amp with it. It sounded better when I used the amp as a pre amp into my '70's Sony record player.

Ahhh it was so nice when I got a job washing boats, was able to save up $500 and find a used REAL Gibson Les Paul Custom and Gallien Krueger 250ML amp for $450.

"Looks like"

Did Pogisnake post a pic after all? I keep forgetting that photobucket-hosted pics don't show up on my work PC.
