From what what i read in another thread the IM1 is the franky pup only with a different magnet due to legal matters? Now my question is apart from the magnet difference and the model name are they the SAME PUP? I asj this because on that other thread MJ said that it also uses different wire? If that is true they would not be much alike! i bought a evh frankenpup from www.thevhstore.com and love it so much i want another but also wanted to buy it from duncan this time round . any reliable info on this would be very appreciated!
