Anyone tried a triple-shot with a Strat pickguard yet?

Has anyone tried a triple-shot with a Stratocaster (or similar) pickguard yet? I'm trying to figure out if it would fit in the bridge position of my Hwy 1 strat.

I think I'm going to cut the bass side off of two for an HH Strat of mine. So it would have two screws and the Triple Shot, but not the whole ring, just the little strip.

I've put one on the bridge pickup of a Charvel SoCal (pickguarded, H-S-H from Warmoth). Fits just fine.

Still haven't gotten around to putting one on the neck, though. I'm assuming it'll fit fine as well, given the neck angle for the non-recessed Floyd. Can't say how it'd fit for a v-trem Strat, though, especially if the neck angle isn't tilted as far back. Might have to go with Frank's idea in that case.

Yeah it's going to be tricky for the neck position. I'm thinking about putting one it the neck of a superstrat that might get a p rail neck.
