Anyone try a VOX tonelab? any comments

Cause i live in an apartmant i was thinking of getting a peice of this kind of equipment.

i am looking for really good tone. i already have a tube amp ( JTM60) but it isnt reliable at all and isnt practical for my situation.
i also have an old Digitech RP5 which i run through an old stereo of mine and works pretty damn good.

does anyone have one of these? how do they sound?
i have heard a few sound samples and they are pretty damn great. are they this good live?

never used that one, but the POD does this job really really well too....

I don´t own one so I cannot tell you. I do have a little Korg Ampworks which uses the same REMS technology as the VOX tonelabs and valvetronix.

The little Korg Ampworks sounds amazing if it is through headphones for a silent practice. Not that good thru an amp.

But, what I have read here about the valvetronix and on other forums about the tonelabs, tells me (other people will confirm this) that they are one of the best sounding emulating devices out there. And the VOX Tonelabs DO sound amazing also thru an amp. So they can be a perfect choice for what you need, coupled with your JTM.

Just my opinion.
