Are Blackouts Compatible With An EMG Setup?

Is it as simple as unplugging the EMGs and plugging in Blackouts or do I have to redo the wiring too? Please explain the compatibility between the two brands.

Yes they do. They're nearly identical. Duncan wants EMG owners to convert to their blackouts. If you have existing EMG's with the quick connect in your guitar, just unplug it..and plug in the blackouts. Everything they use is the same.

Thanks that's just what I wanted to know. Quick and dirty :naughty: Anybody interested in buying a new EMG 85 on Ebay :)
