Are Duncan Designs

color coded the same as regular Duncans? I'm talking about 4 conductor models.

Yeah, but they will be in reverse phase from a standard Duncan if you use them together. Just flip the black and green on one of them or flip the magnet in one.

It will be an HB-103 set. I'm getting them for a buddy of mine and putting them in his guitar. I'll be running them to a 3 way mini toggle and was just wanting to make sure when I hook it up, all the same color wires will be the same as if I were hooking up regular Duncans.

You should be able to use a LP or Tele schematic for that. If they are a set you may not need to reverse the ground/hot.

Yep, just wire 'em up like normal. The phase issue is only if you were using an HB-103 with a JB or something.
