Are pickup springs and pickup height adjustment screws supplied with SD pickups

Should be, always have been when I bought new. Not always when buying used though!

Was just checking because I'm waiting for a pickup (new) and when checking the order (tracking info. a few mins. ago) I happened to notice that nowhere did it say "in the box" are springs and screws (as was the case with a Dimarzio).

When you buy them new, yes.
