Are PRS and Duncan humbuckers compatible?

I replaced the PRS HFS bridge pup with a JB and now I am getting 60 cycle hum on some settings. The wiring was recomended by a guy ar PRS but could the pups by magnetically incompatible?
When I change settings the hum seems to change tone as well. And if I change my guitar angle the hum will lessen just like with a single coil. Thanks. - Rob McFee

Flip the magnet in the JB. Bridge pickups in PRS guitars have reverse polarity.
