The guitar work on White Zombies Thunderkiss 65' is total Soldano.

Actually J. (the guitarist) said in Guitar magazine interview that that Thunderkiss '65 album was recorded using the Marshall 100w valvestate head he brought with him. He was very poor at the time and had just signed on with WZ. He later went on to a Rectifier endorsement.

Back on topic - Some of my favorite Soldano examples are George Lynch (most of his solo albums in the early 90's) and Eddie Van Halen, from For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge. Mick Mars from Motley Crue also used them for a long time. There's a lot of other favorite examples that sound like the SLO 100 to me but I can't prove it.
