At what point are changes in DC resistance audible?

Can we hear a change between 1k? What about 0.50k? or 0.10k?

I'm wondering because I don't have a lot of experience with different DC resistance ratings.

What are you talking about? Resistance in what, a circuit? Depends on what part of the circuit and what function that resistor performs.

you mean in a pickup right? depends on how good your ears are if that's the case...

its about 300 turns that seems to be the most audible - that's just roughly 0.2k increments or slightly more,

some guys can hear 0.1k but not everyone.

Resistance isn't always an accurate measure of output.

Dimarzio Steve Morse Bridge - 9.94k
Dimarzio Steve Morse Neck - 21.00k

no its not, but dons 0.2k seems about right. 1k makes a very noticable difference, i dont think i could hear 0.1k
