Audacity files into Mp3

I just recorded the intro to Riviera Paradise by SRV on my new amp (peavey classic 30) but to put it on soundclick I need it to be an mp3 file. I've done this before but forget how to do it, does anyone care to tell me how?

Never used Audacity, but found this:

If not you can export as .wav and then convert to mp3.

I use audacity and have 2 pages on soundclick. To convert it I got the dbamp converter from webattack.com it was free and works very good and easy to use. Then upload to soundclick
