Also sometimes your gear just sounds like garbage. Every couple of months I have a day or two where I struggle to get inspired to play, because I turned on my amp and everything sounds awful. I usually just take a day or two off from practicing, come back, maybe take a pedal out of my chain or play with some settings and I'm good to go.

This thread is kind of THE perfect thread . I didnt expect people to Identify , but ALL the answers wrere amazing. an as far as I can tell sot on and brillinat.
ALL of you wrere 1`00% right, but whats amazing is that you have been there.
I think I was looking for the same Strat sound, and hooked up the LP Jr. ( havent listened to the EMG, but i think THP is right, so,me Duncans could make this sing.
I gotta tale a step back, realize again why you guys got your stuff together,and just be pretty amazed-

Anyway, as I was saying ( and thank you vintage Gateway Key6board for long and faithful service-at least you went out with an Ice Cold Torpedo), this thread is ideal, and covers all ther bases, so closing, thanks.
