Backing Track for Your Solo/Wankage Etc.

Stevo

Tonus Maximus Pacificas
I am home sick today, so I came up with something slow and drony I guess :laugh2:
Les Paul with Seth Lover/ Jazz combo. Plexitone on the heavy rhythm parts. Maxon CS9-Pro chorus on the clean parts. Marshall 1987x amp.
ACID drums (one shots) in to Cakewalk Guitar Tracks - Rudy Sarzo bass loops mixed together, chopped, mucked up and in the mix :beerchug:

Daaaamn Stevo... that was freakin clinical. How do you expect me to post my ****ty take after a display like that? :laugh2:

Oh well, whatever... I did this as a reward to myself for working on one of my finals first. Unlike yours though it's ridiculously obvious that I did it in one take. Ah well... imperfections give it mojo right? :blackeye:

Great backing Stevo!

Here's a first and second take mixed down to your backing.
I took advantage of the occasion to try out my Telecaster with it's new Jerry Donahue bridge pickup, to see how it handles high gain.

Sorry about the occasional loose chops...I have been playing very little lately.:gurmpy:

Cool track. I downloaded it and will do something with it soon. Working from home today and watching the little one. Oh fun fun for me. :D

Great backing Stevo!

This is a real experiment, my third take and very clean compared to the rhytym sound, I messed up quite a few times.

Haven't decided what I think about it myself yet :laugh2:

Used my Tele with Alnico II Pro (both pups) - V-Stack - Soundcard. Then I duplicated the track and sent one to left and one to the right. The left one is the orignial guitar tone with just a little reverb added and the right one is routed through a simulated Hammond B4 VST...

Thanks! :) I think BB King is a great guitarist and so, but haven't listen too much on his music. Does it sound like that's my source of inspiration?

Definitely.. a little more vibrato and you'd be there. Nice job, notes in the pocket. Thanks for participating :beerchug:

Re: Backing Track for Your Solo/Wankage Etc.

I finally had a chance to give a listen and that is one NICE piece there, Steve. I gotta have my son get a copy of that for me from his computor. Really, how do you come up with your ideas? Nice work my friend.

Wonderful, wonderful track. I just wanted to add my two cents. Hope I'm not to late but here it is

Stevo Jam

I used my ash strat maple neck with cool rail neck pickup, hot rail bridge, stock middle. Neck pickup tapped with tone rolledoff to 6.5 into my Wasabi AO1 overdirve into Digitech GSP 2101 with cab emulation using a semi-plexi patch that I wrote for the track. Melody and harmony guitars were my Wolfgang QT running through the same chain.

Hope you allenjoy it.
