Bad Horsie Whah and Furhman SPB8

This what my Furman has
Furman's SPB-8 Eight individually protected 9VDC outlets power both AC and DC pedals without hum, due to the high quality toroid transformer employed. Each DC output is rated at 100 mA1 also included 3.5mm phone plug (tip hot) to 9 Volt battery clip

I lost my whah adapter, and this what Morley says
9V: Use only Morley's 9 VDC 300 milliamp regulated adapter. Center Polarity is negative

So what would happen if I power my Bad Horsie with the " 3.5mm phone plug (tip hot) to 9 Volt battery clip" ???

Thanks.

Re: Bad Horsie Whah and Furhman SPB8

Dudes !!! should I velcro my pedal or should I by this freaking morley adapter?

Re: Bad Horsie Whah and Furhman SPB8

Who do I have to true bypass here to get an answer on this ???!!!

Re: Bad Horsie Whah and Furhman SPB8

9V DC is 9V DC. The only reason they say "only use Morley" is so you'll go out and buy one.

The only other things to consider are whether the jack matches the plug, and whether the power supply is giving you enough current (measured in mA). There's no way your wah consumes 300 mA. Even the greediest delay and reverb pedals don't usually go over 200 mA.

As long as you have the right plug for it coming out of the Furman unit, you're good to go.

The Horsie does not draw a lot of current at all.

I daisy chain my Bad Horsie with my GodLyke power-all adapter, running 4 other pedals..no problems whatsoever
