I think so also, but I am sure the Bad Horsie or Bad Horsie II will perform much like that recording. Via does use his "horsie" wahs live.

That short period of time in Steve's career (in terms of wah) was kinda hazy. For the longest time, he was using an EMB Audio rack wah which can be seen on his site and heard in vids from youtube. He used that probably from around 1987-1995 or so. During this time, he also used a modded Dunlop crybaby which was essentially what would become the Budda wah. So it's probably one of those.
