Balance bridge/neck pup Tele

I just installed the Vintage Stack in the neck position to go with the Hotstack in the bridge. The VS is waaay louder than the Hotstack, I tried lowering it, but even at its lowest, it's higher up than the stock pup was.
I play a mim tele.

Suggestions?

The rubbers that came with the pup were too short, I put half of that of the stock pup next to it, and that got the pup lower, but it's still too loud compared to the Hotstack. If I want to put it lower, I'll need longer screws.

That's the first time that a SD pup didn't come with everything that was needed.

I found this when i fitted a hotstack to my friend Darran's tele, but I was ablt press some emg humbucker screws into service i think.

You could go the vintage/broadcaster route and screw the pickup direct to the body, screws under the pickguard...
