I'm looking to replace the MusicMan-style pickup in a Carvin Bass with a Duncan. The Carvin bass also has a "J99" pickup in the neck.
I've heard the Basslines pickups are wired out of phase with the Carvin J99. Can anyone verify that this is the case? If so, would I need to order a custom basslines pickup to be compatible?
