bassman 50 aint cuttin it, make an offer

drew_half_empty

Looking for Real Life
lets see, caps are in good condition, uhh early 70's, master volume, 50 watts, guitar side has been totally retubed (which means only 1 pre is old) with new groove tubes, 6l6r (b) and red label 12ax7's, I'm asking $400, and i've spent a lot more on it, trust me. It came with the original NOS phillips 12at7, i've since taken it out but if you want it its yours

so, anyone interested?

Re: bassman 50 aint cuttin it, make an offer

i should add that it is negotiable, but i REALLY don't wanna take any less than $350, which would put you at $400 with shipping

but if only one offer is made & its for $300 well its yours

Re: bassman 50 aint cuttin it, make an offer

Hey man, if you're needing cash fast then i'd advise against the temptation of lowering your price too much.

The bassman is a good amp and it will sell, eventually. The forum bros here are cool guys and you'll hopefully get the fair price for it, we all know what it's like to want/need to get rid of gear quickly.

Just my advice that's all, i've seen too many regretful guitarists who've sold something cool for less than they should have.

$400 is a very fair deal.

True dat...

dude, get a Hiwatt if you want to crush people.........literally........the sound pressure is amazing...

Re: bassman 50 aint cuttin it, make an offer

well, the buyer fell through, not his fault, but nonetheless

so, anyone else want it?

his offer was $300 so i'll take that from anyone else

Re: bassman 50 aint cuttin it, make an offer

I'd listen to the other guys and keep the asking price at $400...
