BASSO GRANDE SPEAKER REPLACEMENT

I opened the cab and the speakers are ripped in places. Someone put some speaker glue on them, but there are more rips. Should i keep gluing them? Pretty sure they are the originals, or what would be a good replacement set? Blues rock. Also, what's the best input jack to use as it has four. For a guitar pushing effects in front of the amp.

I have 12-inch Celestion Pulse speakers in my amp, but they might be overkill for your application. Since your amp is vintage, I would consider getting the originals reconed.

Speakers and surrounds can be reconed. Shouldn't be too expensive or difficult.

If you look for speaker reconing on Google, you might find someone local to you. There are also lots of shops you can ship to. It is a dying art. My local guy shut down his shop about 10 years ago, he did the recones for all of the music stores in the Boston Area for years. I would also try calling some amp repair shops. If there is someone local doing recones, they will know who is still active.
