Belated NGD - 2017 limited run Momose Strat

Got this earlier, but didn't get to post it until now


A 2017 Momose 和 (wa) series Strat. Very nice, very well built. Body is Japanese alder and the neck is a very nice 1 piece quartersawn Japanese maple


It's listed as sonic blue and looks sonic blue in photos, but it's a bit greener IRL

^^ Dave, Momose is like a small custom shop type operation in Japan. They and several other companies (Bacchus, Seventy Seven etc.) are under the umbrella of Deviser.

I've no doubt the op's Strat is tip top :). Looks like it does the vintage with a few modern things under the hood, like locking pegs.

Yeah I didn't even notice it had locking tuners until it arrived lol

I hadn't heard of any of those, but any company making a guitar that looks like that is tops in my book.
