Best Bet to install a RW/RP middel on a high Output set for Strat?

Looking at a Duncan SSl-7 bridge, and two SL-3's ( neck and middle) for one of my Strats.

I would like to go non RW-RP for all pickups, however I'm concerned that w/o the RW-RP middle, that the combined power of the normal wound Middle and Bridge, or Middle and Neck would be too much, and might make the amp squeal under considerable gain.

I don't think that pups in parallel would be any more squealy than 1 on its own would they? A word of encouragement: I've gotten my sss strat equally quiet/noisy in non hum cancelling positions as well as hum cancelling positions. From thoroughly grounding and shielding.

If someone can help me out here definitively , I am ready to order a Duncan pickup retail, and thats what it's all about is purchasing products here.

Get them. Running pups in parallel doesn't increase thier output, series does.

Welcome! That sounds like a good set!

Love to know how this turns out. You should be fine with that set.

SSL-3 is flat right? Any reason why you chose SSL-7 instead of SSL-4?

Also, as others have said, RWRP won't matter except for hum if you are wiring in standard parallel Strat style. Regarding IF you should do non-RWRP, I find the difference to be most apparent on clean and slightly breaking up tones. Anything more than that and I'd prefer to have RWRP to go silent if I want to. Of course you could throw a Ilitch backplate on and get hum cancelling across the board...
