best Foxx Tone Machine

I'm thinking of picking up one of these. The warm audio one gets my first glance because it looks cool.

Anyone got any recommendations?

I'm mostly looking to get one because apparently that's what the Commodores used on the solo for Easy.

i have a stomp under foot silver foxx which is fantastic. i tried all the octave up fuzz pedals available at a great local shop, over ten but cant remember exactly, and the silver foxx was my favorite. the warm audio was good, but i liked the stomp under foot better. had no idea thats what was used on easy

I had to look that up on YT. That is a sweet tone. Wish that solo went longer.

This post has inspired me to procure a Warm Audio Foxy Tone Box. I will report back with my findings.

its a fun pedal, but i still like the suf silver fox better

Man, this thing is cool. I don't find much use for the octave, but I'm getting some nice sounds out of it

its a fun sound for sure, and i do use the octave for solos from time to time when you really want something to pop and be weird

Yeah, the octave settings seems like it would be way more useful in a live setting.

i kinda wish there was am adjustment for how much octave you get, but oh well. at least its footswitchable on mine. i absolutely love the fuzz tone though

I may end up replacing the switch with a knob and then putting a footswitch on top of it. That way I can adjust the amount of octave AND have it foot switchable
