If your amp has enough gain, I would go with a pair of Cool Rails in the neck and middle and use wither a Custom or C-5 in the bridge.

Its a 120wtt Crate 1/2 stack, lots of gain. The Custom, JB, C5, and Deamon or what im looking at. 80s & 90s Metal.

My only H/S/S guitar has a Distoriton/Cool Rails/Hot Rails set up and that thing is an all out metal beast. I must compare every guitar I buy to the goold old Charvel 650xl. It has tone for days and enough versatility to get me through just about anything I can throw at it.
