Best humbucking pickups for Grant Green jazz tone

Basically what the title says. Grant Green is probably my favourite jazz guitar player of all time, so emulating his tone in any way -- particularly what he gets on Street of Dreams -- would be great.

What neck and bridge hums would you choose for jazz, and why?

He wasn't using humbuckers back then. He had an ES-330 with P-90s, so if you need humbuckers, I would suggest either Phat Cats, or Phat Cat Silencers, or humbuckers that can sound in the P-90-ish ballpark with that mid-peak Green had, like a Brobucker bridge with a Seth neck maybe.

Appreciate that. Yeah, he wasn't using hums, but I'm trying to repurpose an Epiphone Les Paul to be my jazz guitar, so I'm working with what I have (should have mentioned that originally). Thanks for the recs!

Fwiw even with P90's you are never going to get a hollowbody ES 330 tone out of a solid body LP no matter what humbuckers, or HB sized single coils you put in it.

I've had a buttload of Gibsons with P90's or HB sized P90 clones including 2 LP Standards, a M2M 3xP90 LP Custom, and 2 LP P90 Specials, and for reference I have an Eastman T64/V ES 330 copy with Lollar P90's, and have had a Hagstrom Viking with HB's. Even a semi-hollow with HB's is not going to get in the tone ballpark of a hollowbody with Dog Ear P90's.

If you have the coin and seriously want to get near Grant's tone I would very highly recommend trying out one of the Eastman T64's. They are great guitars at a fraction of the price you'd pay for a Gibson ES330.

Btw I am also a big Grant Green fan. It's safe to say he is my favorite jazz guitarist by far, and his tones are truly divine.
