Best instructional DVD for picking technique?

I've come to the conclusion that I must be doing something wrong with the positioning of my right (picking) hand. My left hand can tear along the fretboard but my picking hand just can't keep up. No matter how I try to position my right hand the result is always the same. My hand just seems to stiffen up. Are there any insructional DVD's that concrentrate soley on the picking hand? I know speed isnt everything but I really could use a bit of help. Thanks.

The video that really got my picking going was Paul Gilberts first video..... wish I had bought it 10 years sooner!!!

Also, a great one for cheap is Tony MacAlpine's Star Licks video. I bought it for like $20 new (compared to $49 for the PG video) and it kicks butt. Just watching that guy will inspire you.

hell yeah.
if you ever wanted 2 play fast. this is the only way 2 go about doing it.

but just as a tip. i found you should have no part of your picking arm touching the guitar. and if you do then a single little finger is the limet. then kinda rais your hand over the guitar so your wrist is a good 3 inches above the strings. also make shure you are holding your pick corectly. each person has there own way, but i find that holding the pick between first and second finger and your thumb with the pick pointing straight down works for me (in other words the pick points in the same was as your fingers do. and make shure your fingers point in the same direction as each other.

hope that helps. its only how i do it. other poeple will tell you diferent. but i like this way
